The materials have been filmed in five different libraries in Europe and include titles from Kant, Maimonides and Vermigli. The works are selected by Prof. Joseph S. Freedman (Alabama State University in Montgomery, Alabama) for the IDC collection Philosophy and the Liberal Arts in the Early Modern Period. Ethics is one of the subsections in this project.
