Collection composed primarily of official and semi-official material, published or unpublished
issued by governmental agencies on the local and national levels, international and private
voluntary organizations and academic institutions. Includes documents such as applications for
financing, project appraisals, plans, work programmes and evaluations.
These documents, which constitute basic tools for development planners, rarely come under
bibliographic control nor can they be readily acquired through conventional commercial channels.
