Provenance
The archives of the Religous Tract Society and the Christian Literature Society for India and Africa were joined in 1935 when these societies merged to form the United Society for Christian Literature. In 1941/42, the London and Scottish committees of the Christian Literature Society for China joined this organization, and its records added to the archive.
